Cancellation Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount varies by service and will be applied toward your treatment. • Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule. Your deposit will be applied to the new appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in the loss of your deposit.
